Wilson Poon will lead two sessions under the heading ‘Real Scientist, Real Faith’
Session 1: ‘Hide and seek - the cross in the laboratory’
Session 2: ‘How to think about the Bible and Science without getting in a twist’
Professor Poon FRSE is Professor of Condensed Matter Physics & Director of Research at the School of Physics, Edinburgh University, as well as being very involved in the life of the Scottish Episcopal Church. He contributed to a recent Grosvenor Essay and is a gifted communicator, preaching regularly at his local church.There will also be opportunities during this residential event to pray together, share meals and discuss issues of current interest and concern.
