In response to requests from stipendiary clergy in the art of chairing meetings, a day workshop has been organised for the autumn, led by Alison Clark. Alison launched ‘Words in Action’ in 1997, a consultancy specialising in the principles and practice of effective people processes. Her recent experience includes teambuilding and personal coaching in the higher education and third sector, improving working relationships therein. Coaching and group facilitation is a core activity of her business.
Participants will
• develop an understanding of the meeting’s process

• gain confidence in carrying out the tasks of recording and chairing
